History

Even before founding Zanimo, Manon Choquette and François Huneault (Zanimo co-owners) had decided to become a foster family for “Rubis”, a beautiful female Labrador from the Mira Foundation. Even though Rubis showed exceptional qualities, she had one failing: intermittent hair loss and this, even though Mira was supplying food of excellent quality. Manon and François were discouraged because Rubis was going to spend the next 12 months with them and petting their four-legged friend always triggered a veritable hair storm. Hair waseverywhere!

What could they do to reduce Rubis’ hair loss? After much reflection, they had a stroke of genius. With Manon’s experience with plants and François’ resourcefulness, they created a recipe that could help reduce hair loss. Following which, after consultations with a laboratory with a view of manufacturing thisrecipe, they performed tests which proved conclusive from the first month. They had resolved Rubis’ hair loss problem. HURRAH!

The “Hair Loss Control” formula was born. Today, Zanimo offers its customers the same “Ultra Hair Loss Control” formula with ultra-performing probiotics added. This exclusive formula has proven so effective that it can reduce abundant hair loss by up to 90%. Over the years, the Zanimo line of products grew and, today, the company offers solutions to eight of the most common problems that affect their clients’ four-legged friends.
